A ROTA da CIDADANIA wants to be implemented through the organization of CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION FESTIVALS, which will run across the country, always with different participations and integrating local talents from each province. It will start its journey across the country at MUTU-YA-KEVELA, from where it will head to the next province and so on.

A ROTA DA CIDADANIA will seek, on its journey through Angola, to depart from MUTU and take culture to almost all provincial capitals.

Education, sport, environment, technology and art and culture will be the themes chosen to be worked on in these Citizenship Education Festivals.
